Reception is open in person 8am—10am and 2pm—6pm, 7 days a week. However, we are available by phone 8am—6pm.

Guests can contact Reception from their room outside of these hours, if necessary.

You can check in any time from 2pm, and must check out by 10am.

A late check in or check out can be made available by prior arrangement.

EFTPOS, VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Diners and Cash payments are welcome.

PLEASE NOTE: Diners cards incur a 3% surcharge.

Each of our 30 rooms has an allocated car space. Additional parking is available at the rear of the property, if required. Prior arrangements need to be made with Reception.

If you are coming from Melbourne by car, turn left into View Street at Alexandra Fountain and we are located 650m on the left, opposite Queen Elizabeth Oval.

If you are arriving by train, we are located 1.5km from the Bendigo Railway Station.

Printing, faxing and photocopying services are available at Reception and WiFi is available throughout the property. Additional fees may apply for large printing/photocopying requests.

In accordance with state health regulations, smoking is prohibited in all of our rooms. Not adhering to these guidelines will result in a $300 fine.

Strictly no pets are allowed on the property. Fines apply.

Barclay On View bookings are subject to a 24hr cancellation policy. Failure to provide at least 24hrs notice of a cancellation will result in a cancellation fee, which is normally equal to the first night’s accommodation.

This excludes peak periods, where a 7 day cancellation period is applicable. Please contact the motel if you have any queries.
